I want some of what the general is smoking, if he really believes
that. These things do happen  and they are understandable --- wasn't
Bruce talking about something like this once? But it's also a symptom
of what the heck are we doing there. with a bunch of scared kids with
guns who dont speak the language, don't know how things are done and
cant tell friend from foe. Of course people get shot.
