The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia? Who gave them a voice? The city is governed by a mayor<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_mayors_of_Washington,_D.C.>and a thirteen-member city council <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Council_of_the_District_of_Columbia>. However, the United States Congress<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Congress>has supreme authority over Washington, D.C., and may overturn local laws. Does that include the court of appeals? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Want to reach the ColdFusion community with something they want?
