Gah, hit send too soon... Net Neutrality is something that needs to happen. However, we need to pass an actual law giving the FCC authority. The judges were absolutely correct to smack this one down. The ruling the FCC gave (which they described as more of a guideline than a rule anyway) was good but the FCC can't go around doing anything it feels is in the greater good.
So, yeah, lets pass an actual Net Neutrality law and give the FCC actual power to enforce actual rules.
