What does that have to do with anything I wrote? Could you try actually responding to the substance of my message? The DC Appeals court certainly has sent its share of conservative judges to the Supreme Court (Roberts, Alito and Scalia if memory serves) but has also sent Ginsburg who isn't particularly conservative. I'm all in favor of net neutrality.
