Bull. You say "I can't help that" when in fact you can. Don't make it available to others to download and you will have helped them not download it by making it that much more difficult to find. I do agree that the other person is at fault for downloading it. That does not mean you are not RESPONSIBLE for them downloading it. If I leave my wallet sitting out in front of my house, and someone steals it, it would not be my fault (It would be stupid on my part, yes). It would be the FAULT of the person who stole it. I would still be RESPONSIBLE for the theft because I left it sitting out there knowing someone could take it. The same applies for music/movies made available online. This is why Napster got sued and is pretty much out of business. > that, since I've watched it (well, part of it anyway), I owe the Lucas gang > some money. So, I'm going to the theater and pay for my ticket, whether or > not I think the movie sucks. If you had downloaded it and thought that the movie was REALLY bad, would you still go pay for a ticket to see it? With something like Star Wars this argument might fly, but what about some regular release, like Scorpion King? Be honest. > I didn't say it was legal. I said I didn't feel guilty about it. So you openly admit in a public forum that you are breaking a federal law? I won't even comment on that. You can reply and have the last word if you want, I don't really care anymore. I'll just be sure to discount everything else you ever post since you admit to breaking laws just to be seen as "cool" in the eyes of your peers (why else would someone continue to distribute a bootleg copy of a hyped movie a day before its release?). -Justin Scott ______________________________________________________________________ This list and all House of Fusion resources hosted by CFHosting.com.
