But you ARE responsible for your OWN actions. I don't want to get into the morality of the thread, but there are two parties involved in the distribution of illegal materials. Period. Using your wallet analogy. Let's say there is $100 in the wallet - left out in the open. Somebody wanders by and scoops the money. Who's responsible? Let's say that $100 is mine on loan to you.
