I used to live in SW Louisiana and yes...I have met more than my share. It is amazing how one can be blind to facts and how people choose to remain ignorant...or as I call it, a state of self enforced stupidity (stupidity because someone who is truly stupid cannot or will not be educated...ignorance, on the other hand, is a treatable condition for those who are not stupid)
