Not advice...just what I'd do. I don't think I'm qualified to give real advice in your situation. IANAL and all that. The way I see it though from you have told us you have the information to put this guy behind bars for quite a long time, and maybe in the process get yourself into a bit of a jam with the IRS. If in another universe I had time to bang my head against the brick wall that is our government, it would come down to whether or not I thought the guy was a good guy or bad guy and deserved to go to prison.
