I'm not Eric, but I do wonder how you feel the Arizona legislation would 
improve this type of situation?  Do you honestly think it is ok to 
arrest somebody for NOT having their birth certificate on their person?  
I don't carry mine.  Do you carry yours?  Or is it just ok, because it 
is "THEM" that this harassment happens to?
