This is *my* concern, at least... but let me also run by you the logic
of the sanctuary cities. It goes like this.

The police have enough to do. Their job is to keep us safe. When
someone's safety has been violated, they investigate. Immigrant women
have a right not to be raped; the men have a right not to be killed.
When these things happen anyway, it is far fat easier to investigate
the death of a Juan Doe if the witnesses are not afraid to speak to
you, or less afraid at least, as they will be anyway.
