So, your solution to the problem is to a legalize the illegal activity?

How about making it more difficult for illegals to get driver's
licenses? I somehow doubt there are a huge number of illegal
immigrants lining up to get auto insurance. They are already breaking
the law by being here, does anyone really think they will start caring
about the law when it comes to auto insurance?

I do not think illegal immigrants should be allowed to get driver's licenses.
