In America, driving is a privilege afforded to the citizens and legal residents of each state. If you are here illegally, you are not a citizen or legal resident of a state, therefore, you should not be allowed to get a driver's license.
What's next? Should illegals be allowed to get social security numbers? Be allowed to vote? Run for public office? What you call prejudice, I call common sense.
