You make a good point. I admit I've never thought of it quite that way. 

On the other hand our leaders should be able to at least say a personal prayer 
whether they're in session or not. Maybe said prayers should be silent, but 
they should definately be allowed. Just because they're in leadership positions 
doesn't rob them of their right to practice their religion.
