I have no problem with them saying a personal prayer...they can do that before they leave for work or when they park their car before they go into their offices. Just not on my dime...

I admit I've never thought of it quite that way. On the other hand our leaders should be able to at least say a personal prayer whether they're in session or not. Maybe said prayers should be silent, but they should definately be allowed.
