I'm not so worried about her being elected. If she were I would not be
surprised if she would be so politically damaged that she would be
helpless in office. What worries me is that she could become a
significant power broker for the republicans, turning it more into a
mouthpiece for the  fundy, dominionist groups.

Remember during the time she was governor of Alaska, she was
associated with a separatist group. Also she is a member of a very
dominionist oriented church. Would you want that sort pulling the
political strings of the republicans?
