I am a bit confused about the train of thought that goes:

A car is driving the wrong way down a one-way street
--> they are downloading pornography.

I suspect that steps are missing.

However, Sam, suppose that this wasn't stupid user tricks. Suppose
that the server was identified and confiscated, and your network
identified through logs. When the download then goes elsewhere --- you
have distributed child pornography, my friend.
