Aptos -- see comments about access through mountain passes. I don't do
the run on a daily basis but I've still had to call 911 twice to
report dangerous conditions. The dispatchers just cringe when you say
road hazard on 17 let me tell you.

I actually live in the country in a place called Freedom.
