Then they need to square that technology if they are going to run a long
term blockade.  If they aren't capable of properly administering that in a
way to prevent injury and loss of life on both sides, then they should just
abandon the blockade.  Negligence is criminal.

The truth is there wasn't any easy way for Israel to board this vessel once
the crew and activists were non compliant. Too many people, not enough
soldiers. And Israel apparently did not have the technology or the size of
ships necessary to implement alternative measures.
Even for US Navy Seals boarding a non compliant vessel is a nightmare task.
