I'm trying to stay out of the discussion, by and large, and honestly
don't believe there is enough known for me to have a cut and dried
opinion yet, however I do have to say that everything I've read says
that this encounter happened in international waters. If there is a
blockade attempt in international waters, that is not a blockade, that
is piracy. If it is in national waters the matter is completely
different.
