I'm trying to stay out of the discussion, by and large, and honestly don't believe there is enough known for me to have a cut and dried opinion yet, however I do have to say that everything I've read says that this encounter happened in international waters. If there is a blockade attempt in international waters, that is not a blockade, that is piracy. If it is in national waters the matter is completely different. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology-Michael-Dinowitz/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:320287 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
