I am not sure but taking peoples money does not seem to be a good answer. It is stuff like this as well as the super inflated property prices and outrageous gas prices that are making my decision to leave the state and become a resident of Colorado more appealing every day. My truck is now registered in Colorado and next year when my cal license expires I am going to get a Colorado one. Only thing left is to do the paperwork to make my transplant status official.
