Common law had nothing to do with religion...English Common Law, which his
works were analyzing, is derived from Anglo-Saxon Common Law, which is very
pagan (heathen to be more accurate...) in origin, not Christian.

Blackstone's common law was strongly based on religion. I'm not sure
how you jumped to the opposite conclusion from you clips.
