I've picked Germany and Ghana to come out 1 and 2 for group D. My picks are: Serbia 1 2 Ghana Germany 3 1 Australia Germany 2 1 Serbia Ghana 1 2 Australia Ghana 2 2 Germany Australia 2 2 Serbia I'll be rooting for the roos as well since Tim Cahill (another Everton boy) is the captain. I expect one Australian upset against Ghana but I'm afraid I don't see them doing much more than that. I'll be pulling for them though. Ultimately this is footie, so ANYTHING can happen. Here's the rest of my picks: Group A: South Africa 3 2 Mexico Uruguay 2 4 France South Africa 1 0 Uruguay France 3 1 Mexico Mexico 0 0 Uruguay France 2 1 South Africa Group B: Korea Rep 1 1 Greece Argentina 1 2 Nigeria Argentina 2 1 Korea Rep Greece 1 2 Nigeria Nigeria 2 1 Korea Rep Greece 2 2 Argentina Group C: England 3 2 USA Algeria 1 1 Slovenia Slovenia 1 2 USA England 2 1 Algeria Slovenia 0 1 England USA 2 1 Algeria Group D: Serbia 1 2 Ghana Germany 3 1 Australia Germany 2 1 Serbia Ghana 1 2 Australia Ghana 2 2 Germany Australia 2 2 Serbia Group E: Netherlands 4 1 Denmark Japan 1 3 Cameroon Netherlands 3 0 Japan Cameroon 2 1 Denmark Denmark 1 0 Japan Cameroon 0 2 Netherlands Group F: Italy 3 0 Paraguay New Zealand 1 1 Slovakia Slovakia 1 1 Paraguay Italy 5 0 New Zealand Slovakia 0 3 Italy Paraguay 1 0 New Zealand Group G: Cote D'Ivoire 0 1 Portugal Brazil 3 1 Korea DPR Brazil 3 1 Cote D'Ivoire Portugal 3 1 Korea DPR Portugal 1 1 Brazil Korea DPR 1 2 Cote D'Ivoire Group H: Honduras 2 3 Chile Spain 3 1 Switzerland Chile 1 0 Switzerland Spain 3 1 Honduras Chile 2 3 Spain Switzerland 2 0 Honduras > Germany most likely > comes out first, I'm torn on Serbia or Ghana for second, both are > decent teams and I expect the Socceroos (I love that nickname) to > surprise at least one team. > > I think US and England tie but England wins its other two matches.
