You also get rid of the crime associated with the trafficing of the drugs. Less smuggling, less turf wars between drug dealers, lower prices so the addicts don't have to resort to other crimes to feed their addiction, etc. It's basically the same thing as prohibition. We figured out real quick that outlawing alcohol led to more crime, a lot of it violent. I think a lot of the drugs that are currently illegal need to be controled, but controlling it through the law just doesn't work. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology-Michael-Dinowitz/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:321173 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
