Aggression, definitely! Violence, technically yes, but I'm not sure I would call that a "violent" confrontation. But the line "I have a *right* to know who you are" gave me a WTF moment. You have a right to walk away. You have a right to say, "I won't answer you, unless you tell me who you are". You have a right to report the incident to some level of law enforcement if you feel the people videoing you are somehow up to no good.
