In the light of some of the ambush and faked videos coming from the right, I
would be vey cautious of any unknown source trying to get video
tape...especially when they are asking "Do you agree with the Obama agenda?"
Sound like a right wing ambush attempt to me. After the guy whop claimed to
expose ACORN was exposed himself as a liar and was exposed for totally
faking the whole thing that eventually brought an end to an organization
that was doing a lot go good things for poor people (aka, people who
generally don't vote republican)...I wouldn't trust anyone who just sticks a
mic and a camera in my face without knowing who they are and seeing some
press credentials.

Aggression, definitely! Violence, technically yes, but I'm not sure I
would call that a "violent" confrontation.

But the line "I have a *right* to know who you are" gave me a WTF moment.

You have a right to walk away. You have a right to say, "I won't answer
you, unless you tell me who you are". You have a right to report the
incident to some level of law enforcement if you feel the people
videoing you are somehow up to no good.

Just because you have a hand *making* the laws, does not make you law
enforcement personal.
