That's no excuse for acting like that. Even if he knew for a fact he was dealing with an ambush attempt what he did there was illegal. You CAN NOT grab someone's arm like that unless you fear bodily harm from the person, and even less so the way he grabbed the kid's neck. Putting a camera in his face may have been annoying, but it hardly constitutes a physical threat.
