Yes, you can. Going into most restaurants and getting the biggest,
most fat containing meal on the menu every meal for a month and you
will get the same results.  That is what he did.

What was his point? That you should not get super sized meals at
McDonalds for EVERY meal for a month? Did that point really need to be
made? Did he, or anyone else, think there would be different results?
