You can do what he did just eating normal menu items. He had to eat 1 of everything on the menu during that 30 day period and I think the dinner had to be supersized. The point was that the normal items are bad. His point was that we, as Americans, eat way too much crap.

Going into most restaurants and getting the biggest, most fat containing meal on the menu every meal for a month and you will get the same results.
