That is not what he did.  He could have gone to subway and followed the same
rules and would not have been in the shape he was in after doing that at
McD's.  I believe he only had to have 1 meal supersized a day.  Not too
different from what most people who go to McD's on a regular basis do.

If you go into just about any restaurant and order the biggest, most
caloric, highest fat content meal on the menu every meal for a month
and you will get the same results. Even Subway. Get a 12" sub with
everything on it, plus chips, plus a large non-diet drink and eat that
EVERY meal for a month and see what happens.

I am not saying that other places do not have healthier options, but
that is not what this guy did in the movie. He purposely ordered super
sized meals EVERY fucking meal - for a month.
