Had not heard of it before you mentioned it and I think I see why - looks like HuffPo pulled a BriteBart on what she said and posted an edited clip I found this follow-up in TPM: http://tpmdc.talkingpointsmemo.com/2010/06/angle-i-was-speaking-broadly-about-second-amendment-remedies.php Which includes her complete statement: "You know, our Founding Fathers, they put that Second Amendment in there for a good reason, and that was for the people to protect themselves against a tyrannical government. And in fact Thomas Jefferson said, it's good for a country to have a revolution every 20 years," Angle said. "I hope that's not where we're going, but, you know, if this Congress keeps going the way it is, people are really looking toward those Second Amendment remedies and saying, my goodness, what can we do to turn this country around? I'll tell you, the first thing we need to do is take Harry Reid out." She backed away from the "take Harry Reid out" comment, insisting that she meant, "out of office" rather than maffia-style. Also, the bit that was edited out by the original HuffPo piece appears to be her including the phrase, "I hope that's not where we're going" In the end - it's a "meh" statement. The very fact that she's running for an elected office and wants to try and make changes happen from within the confines of the rules as they are currently written separates her from the crowd that I'm taking about.
