Do you have any idea what the European nations have for health care? France's is very different than England's, and both are very different than Germany's. Before you start ranting about European socialist medical care, you really ought to know what you're talking about.
Yes Britain's health care system is government run. Germany's isn't. It uses a network of employer sponsored or small group sponsored health care insurance. The federal German government is not involved beyond a regulatory role.
