Ben,

ostracize

v 1: expel from a community or group [syn: banish, ban, shun, cast out, blackball]

2: avoid speaking to or dealing with; "Ever since I spoke up, my colleagues ostracize
me" [syn: ostracise]
Source: WordNet 1.6, 1997 Princeton University

I seem to remember that when I called Larry a particular name you said you would no
longer read any of my emails. Please read number 2 from above.

Once again, I question who you "call out" when a particular name is leveled against
someone who shares your political ideology. If you really mean what you say you would
act out accordingly when the shoe is on the other foot and someone who shares your
ideology levels a name at someone who doesn't.

PS Since you are so good at looking up words in the dictionary, try this one:
hypocrite.

Kevin-

Main Entry: ostracism
Pronunciation: 's-tr&-"si-z&m
Function: noun
Date: 1588
1 : a method of temporary banishment by popular vote
without trial or special accusation practiced in ancient
Greece
2 : exclusion by general consent from common privileges
or social acceptance

I am not ostracizing anyone.

I have not sought banishment or exclusion of Nate, I
asked him not to call names.
