I'd say being worried about saving money would make you more likely to
embezzle, and people who work through lunch usually eat at their desk.
 Certainly not everyone does it for the same reasons, but I've known a
lot of people to bring their lunch to save money, or get in more hours
to make more money.

If you're willing to accept this correlation between skipping lunch
and a need for making or saving money - then it's a short trip to say
that forcing someone to take lunch is actually going to make them MORE
likely to embezzle, not less.
