Not the same thing at all. Being black or Hispanic is something you don't have a choice about, being a cop is a job. There are processes in place that are supposed to get rid of bad cops and they rarely do. Give every black guy a badge, a gun, a union, a toothless internal affairs department and a DA system that turns a blind eye and then you can make that comparison.
