Yup...sounds like you need some "me" time. I know I get all cagey and
extremely irritable when I am cooped up with the family without getting some
alone time. While I am a very social critter...I like my solitude. When I
start getting like that, I like to go find a wooded area and just go out and
wander or even just find a remote spot and sit down and meditate. As
Maureen said, crying isn't bad either...sometimes just have a good hard cry
to release the stress and emotions is the healthiest thing you can do.
Crying is the equivalent of the pressure release valve on a pressure cooker.
If you don’t release the pressure you will explode (and that would be very
messy heheh)

Sounds like emotional overload and stress. As others have said, get
some rest, take a trip without the kids, find some time for yourself.
Sometimes just a walk outside alone will help you clear your head and
get some perspective. I had two premmies, and I spend the first years
of their lives crying if someone said boo to me.

And it's not necessary bad to cry - let all the tension out and you
might feel better.
