Do you have any hobbies? Or anything at all you enjoy doing by yourself?

There are times when my wife can sense my stress levels and basically
tells me to go play golf.

Golf, for me, has always been 'my thing'. When I am on the golf
course, I think of nothing but my next shot. I check all the things
causing me stress at the first tee...sadly, I usually have new things
replace it, like my inability to putt or getting out of a sand trap
Trust me, nothing put your stressors in perspective more than trying
to hit a small white ball into a seemingly smaller hole, hundreds of
yards away with tool sill-equipped for the task. :D

Also, take some time for each other. Even if its just dinner, it
really does not need to be an entire night out. Also, if there are any
hobbies your wife enjoys, make sure she partakes in them.

Raising kids is tough, and there is nothing wrong with taking some
time to relax and recharge. Not doing so could be detrimental to you
kids and your relationship with them and with your relationship with
your wife.
