Anything going on right now between Microsoft and Adobe is about the smart phone space and competing with Apple. Programming languages are barely a blip on the radar for M$. Maybe someday way down the road some VP at M$ might notice that CF is a competitive space with .NET, but considering the installed base they are more likely to try and integrate it than drop it.
