Its been a crummy couple of weeks health-wise for me. Pretty much all better now, but there were some low draggy points.
Which got me thinking tonight about self-medicating my emotions with music. Does anyone else do that? Know what music will get you from where you are emotionally to where you want to be? There are a lot of songs, and genres, that can change my mood, or gradually pull me out of a funk, or help me concentrate on coding, or help me with a creative mindset for design. But there are also some songs I just _*cannot*_ ignore. No matter what I am doing, some songs will snap my head around, get my feet tapping, get me singing along, and without fail change my mood from whatever it was to something different (but not all happy places). I might not notice a girl taking her shirt off if certain songs were playing, which is saying something. Here are some Ive noticed. What are yours?
