Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist David Wilcox has the music on his web page
arranged as Musical Medicine. Pick what emotion and he lists all his
songs that fit. It's a really cool idea, to say nothing of the fact
that his music is mind-blowingly good.

Another artist I love is Gretchen Peters, who also has all her music
on her web page. I listen to her whenever I need to analysis and
deal with emotional upset. The Aviator's Song, which she wrote about
her dad who has Alzheimer's, is really speaking to me now as I deal
with that atrocity in both my Mom and my partner's mom.

When I just need music to cheer me up, without fail I listen to Jimmy
Buffett, especially his Banana Wind album. Radio Margaritaville is my
all time feel good place.

When all else fails, I sit on the deck with James Jamerson on my iPod
and play my Bass for hours.
