But they say Most Watched Cable news
You left out a key word

I was thinking of the word mass than I looked at the one percent
number and decided 1% was a poor representative of mass. You can call
it mass all you want, but don't say it's ironic that they ridicule the
other 99%

Why are you stuck on that?
Pay attention this time:
Mo compared KO to BO in ratings saying KO was in second place behind BO.
I pointed out that that was only in the time slot. $m to 1m and that
13 other cable news channel programs ranked higher.
Willl stated it was ironic Fox, Beck, etc.

Now, we're discussing whether Fox news is Mainstream and I'm taking
the numbers from the highest rated show on Fox news channel, showing
you how low they are compared to ABC, NBC and CNS numbers, not to
mention radio news, papers and magazines.

So from now on, just to not confuse you, I will refer to O'reilly's
show as some guy that has the highest rating, SG for short. Maybe than
you can focus on our little discussion and not get sidetracked :)

> Is Beck a "news" program?  Why this fixation on the extraneous?

No. Will mentioned him and not SG remember? He used etc... to represent SG.

If we take the ratings from Fox of just news it would be less than 1%

Did I claim that you claimed that?

> Once again I'm left wondering, what, is your point?

I pointed out KO's ratings are lower than 13 other shows on cable news
channels and he was not second in ratings only behind SG.

Will claimed having ratings better than KO made them part of the Mass
media, I was just pointing out they are only a tiny little voice in
the giant sea of media.

Well when people prop the ass up like some kind of successful hero I
need to splash a little reality on them.

Sorry, he was so 2005. I'm not really up on my current 15 minute folks.

I bet I nailed it, but I'll take your word anyway.

After the first paragraph my eyes revolted.

Is he dead?

I'm not discussing him, I don't even watch him or Beck. I was using
SG's ratings as a comparison to the real MSM.

Ah, that's why you're so bitter. That's not it at all. They have
different opinions than you, they see the very long recession as a
series of mistakes and inform people of their opinions as to what
those mistakes are. Same thing as the witty guy you like, only they're
probably correct since they don't worship liberalism.

> I don't know.  I don't watch MSNBC very often.  You got me on PBS though.

Mathews and KO drink the same kool-aid. That's obviously a different
flavor from the one at Fox.

> 30 million?  Are you sure about that?

It's an estimate, 30 - 40 million

That's like a bunch of ads, do you have a link to real numbers like I gave you?

I noticed you didn't menti
