The word 'extremely' is totally loaded as they are just as orthodox as I am and as Ben Forta is. The words Extremely or Ultra is added as a prefix to orthodox in order to demonize them.
A convert who does not accept all of the laws is not considered a true convert. Neither Conservative nor Reform groups accept all of the laws. In the case of the Reform, they don't even require the acceptance of the Torah. The rabbinate is just stating that fact. But as with everything about Israel, it's blown all out of proportion.
