How many users?  You can have up to 200 for free.

This is one of the biggest drawbacks to GMail.  You can create an
Email Group that is a distribution list, but the default reply to is
the sender, not the list and there is no way to change that AFAIK.

I am pretty sure you can have company address book, though I haven't
used it and I suspect you can't use Outlook to manage it.  You can
definitely share calendars with others, but I haven't tried it in
Outlook.  Using the web interface it works very well though.

I used a hosted Exchange service for awhile, but realized that GMail
really did everything I needed, though after initial resistance, I was
very willing to give up Outlook.  Today I don't miss it one bit.
