The same Patriot Act that progressives voted against actually. If you had said Democrats, I would have agreed with you, but you did not. Speaking of the Patriot Act, I was glad to see some members of the Tea Party caucus joining progressives in the initial opposition to the reauthorization of expiring sections in the House. That opposition crumbled, alas, but it was very nice to see across the aisle support of common principles there for a little bit.
