Turns out that the pensions aren't paid by the tax payer like one would get contributions from your employer into a 401k.turns out that it is deferred salary payments that are put away and invested rather than paid out directly (so instead of making 50k a year, they get paid 40k a year and the other 10k a year goes to the pension fund *note.not actual numbers.* Looks like Gov. Walker just can't get enough of lying to the people.
