Years ago, my wife's sister came back from the Peace 
Corps with an Argentinian husband.

My father-in-law made a brief attempt to learn some 
Spanish - just enough to think the predecessor OS to 
Windows was MS-DOS (pronounced as in the Spanish word 
for the number two).
