I am from Massachusetts and I don't have the Boston accent but I have family who do. 
They use phrases like wicked supah, whatevah, and they would say supahvisah. My friend 
and I would frequently go to museums and gallery openings, when we didn't like 
something and didn't want to say it out loud (you never know who is next to you) we'd 
call it "Aht". I'd say "Wow, now that's an interesting piece of Aht" Aht=Bad Art :)

according to a guy in our department, the opposite of 
general is pacific <g> (not specific).

and on our local all-news radio station, they are 
practising a variant of English known as rbonics 

(remember the ebonics issue in the schools a few years 
ago? it was about African-American language usage.)

they have words like supavisor, vetanarian, govamint, 
Sacamento (the state capitol), and of course the 
weatherperson says tempature.
