Judah can probably get us the accurate numbers but I'll just noodle it
out here as is my custom ...

So Q42010 was "the most profitable" in history for corporations with
about $1.6T (that from memory).  So let's be ... conservative (ha! me
being conservative with you!  sorry.) and say $1.5T even.

That would make 1 year's worth of net income at $6T, with 33% (~ the
top US tax rate) being about $2T.

I would say $2T extra *per year*  would pay a few bills.

And that doesn't include what wealthy would kick in.

But please fact check me on that bar napkin math
