I read it all. I didn't get any of the "important" you're talking about at all. What I did get was that there are some people who think these books are good and some people who think they're crap and that started with their publication. That doesn't seem unique to me. Again, what's the importance? That they sell a lot? So does Harry Potter. Lots of kids think those books are important too. Still not getting it and you don't seem to be able to articulate it.
