Well the Palestinians have had many chances over the last 50 years to
secure their land, most recently with Arafat, and they've never
agreed.  This is because, as a led people, they've wanted everything
or the status quo.  Thus it is what it is.

I have a hard time feeling sorry for a people that chose the Kaiser in
WWI, Hitler in WWII, and have refused every peace offer since not to
mention continues to start wars and oppress their own people.

I believe Arafat was offered 90% of everything he asked for and still
wouldn't move forward.
