1. Most of the aid to Israel goes directly back to the US through the US military industrial complex. 2. Aid to Israel is one of the leashes that the US has around Israel's neck and I don't see the US giving that leash up any time soon. 3. The aid taken from Israel would result in aid being taken from other countries as the aid was in context of certain treaties (at least some of it). 4. The aid taken from Israel will not go back into the US economy but instead will be doled out to some other nation. Money earmarked as foreign aid will stay as foreign aid.
But yes, I'm all for cutting off US aid to Israel. It'll be the best thing all around.
